Slotted hole perforated metal is made of metal plates matching punching die in different sizes of aperture, forming into mesh rolls or mesh sheets with slotted holes by CNC punch pressing, cutting, slicing, leveling, grease, deburring, surface treatment and other series of processes. For slotted hole, two long sides are straight line, two ends are semi-circular. Slotted hole has the good features including not easy to deformation, flat surface, long service life and so on. Compared with round hole, slotted hole has larger ventilation and open area. Currently, we have 14 complete production lines and advanced numerical equipment, producing slotted hole perforated metal in various kinds of specification by different combination of material, hole pitch and open area. Slotted hole perforated metal is mainly used in filtration and architectural construction.

Applications

Slotted hole perforated metal is mainly used in filtration and architectural construction.

As screen media, slotted hole is ideal screen mesh for liquid filtration and solid filtration, especially for grape wine and food processing industries.
