Round hole perforated metal is made of metal plates matching punching die in different sizes of aperture, forming into mesh rolls or mesh sheets by CNC punch pressing, cutting, slicing, leveling, grease, deburring, surface treatment and other series of processes. Perforated metal has various of good features including bending resistant,anti-aging, not easy to rust, wide application, smooth surface, durable construction and so on. Round hole is the most common hole shape of perforated metal, and also very popular in the market. Pattern angle of round hole perforated metal

Currently,there are three kinds of pattern in round perforated metal production including 45°, 60° staggered mode and 90° straight mode.

60° staggered arrangement is also called ‘plum arrangement’, which provide natural high strength and wide open area, being the most popular angle in perforated hole arrangement.

45° angle, another staggered selection for customers except 60°.

90°, straight arrangement for perforated metal.
