Pressure welded steel bar gratings are manufactured by large steel bar gratings pressure welding machines. Artificial welded steel bar gratings are manufactured by process of artificial opening,welding and edge banding. Here is difference between these two kinds of techniques:

Pressure welding has more attractive appearance than artificial welding.cross bars are pressed into flat bars by powerful current and 120 tongs of voltage. Welding points are flat,especially surface will be more smooth after galvanized. If process by artificial welding,opening mold will be any size resulting in staggered opening so that affect the appearance of steel bar gratings.

Pressure welding steel bar gratings have greater strength than artificial welding steel bar gratings. For pressure welding,cross bars have been melt into the flat bars. But for artificial welding, it is often comes out leakage welding, sealing-off and other questions. When using,the cross bars may be out off the flat bars.
